We are looking for an Admission Coordinator who will develop relationships with referral sources and work with internal teams to promote and maintain full occupancy. To assist the interdisciplinary team in meeting the needs of the residents and families of the assisted living.

This position includes:

• 16 hours per pay period
• every other weekend
• Partial Benefit Eligible (Personal leave time) https://www.ebenezercares.org/benefits.html 

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Ability to process and complete move-ins while Providing pre-move in counseling, information and tours.
• Facilitates the intake process and secures primary care provide
• Supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
• Manage the public assistance process for the resident
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

required:

• High school Diploma/GED
• 0-1 years of experience 

Preferred:

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
