Fairfield Metal LLC is Hiring an AutoCAD Drafter Near Fairfield, NJ
Fairfield Metal LLC is seeking full-time CAD Drafters who are interested in leveraging their existing skills and experience in other trades to build a career in architectural design and fabrication.
Position responsibilities: CAD Drafter will be responsible for façade design, documentation shop drawing, and fabrication drawing for high-profile buildings in the Tri-State areas.
Ideal candidates exhibit the following attributes and background:
- Ability to work successfully in a collaborative team-oriented environment
- Strong drafting and system design aptitude and knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- 3D experience is a plus
- Curtain wall / glazing system experience a plus
- Project & team management experience a plus
Education and requirements:
- Prior experience in the design and/or construction industry (façade preferred)
- Software proficiency in: AUTOCAD
- 3D experience is a plus
