We are currently seeking a General Laborer to join our team at our facility located in Springdale, AR. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with various construction projects.
- Work with trash and recyclable material
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities and meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism and quality in your work.
- Prior experience in general labor or construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills and techniques on the job.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with others.
