Description

As Fact & Fiction’s Social Media Manager, you will oversee social media and content strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting for our clients (and for the Agency itself.) You’re on the leading edge of social and digital trends, helping the team push forward new tests, technologies, and tactics to meet client and agency objectives. You’ll have a strong understanding of how all social media channels function and you’ll actively share findings and points of view on how Fact & Fiction can best leverage each channel to achieve results. Most importantly, you’re results driven, detail and numbers oriented, and able to solve problems.

A Day in the Life

  • Administrate the scheduling and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content for F&F and our clients.
  • Oversee a team of community managers with all external brand communication.
  • Manage content calendars, social posting and analytics reporting.
  • Create, maintain and troubleshoot regular publishing schedules for Fact & Fiction clients. This will include regular coordination with client Community Managers and\or marketing departments.
  • Understand and leverage the appropriate tools for scheduling and managing client content (i.e. Spredfast, Sprout Social.)
  • Implement and maintain ongoing content editorial calendars to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns for Fact & Fiction clients.
  • Oversee and actively implement campaign setup and optimization.
  •  Establish best practices and optimization strategies for social campaigns.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant analytics tools to further grow the practice and identify strategy and business opportunities.

Requirements

Here’s what you need to get our attention

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
  •  3 years’ experience in social and digital media, with extensive experience using core platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube Shorts)
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns a plus.

  • Experience applying analytics in a business environment, ideally in online media or advertising operations
  • Technical proficiency in social media scheduling, management and analytics platforms like Sprout, Spredfast and Netbase.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
  •  Positivity and proactive problem-solving aptitude and “give a damn”
  •  Experience managing multiple social media feeds.
  • Articulate in, and constantly learning about, digital trends.

Base Salary: $60k-$75k DOE
