The Retail Manager is responsible for meeting FACE FOUNDRIÉ's expectations of staff recruiting and development, product and membership sales, store operations and client experience. The Retail Manager reports to the owner(s), and they serve as the primary contact for all salon personnel.
Retail Manager Responsibilities:
Demonstrates high standards for customer service, employee development and company culture.
Responsible for meeting financial metrics including: service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, retail revenue, retention/turnover, etc.
Identifies opportunities for professional development and coaching for team members, for example, sales goals, rebooking clients, etc.
Manages all store personnel including (but not limited to) recruitment, training, product knowledge and skills development, loss prevention, performance management, safety, recognition, and legal compliance.
Leads through teaching employees and growing their productivity, has a clear vision of individual, team, and/or personal goals. Has coaching and mentoring skills and can verbalize the steps taken to achieve those goals.
Ensures all training and continued education is completed.
Conducts monthly and annual reviews for each employee.
Responsible for the store's inventory which includes ordering, audits, receiving products, etc.
Helps forecast sales, growth trajectories and expansion plans.
Assists with local marketing efforts.
