- Making upwards to 60 sales calls per day
- Build strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses and local businesses
- Work collaboratively with the Head Trainer to manage the studio, ensuring smooth and cohesive operations
- Strategize on methods to increase daily lead flow
- Manage entire sales process
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Drive client referral program
- Attend all sales and training meetings
- 1-year previous sales experience, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
- Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
- Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap
