Responsibilities:

• Managing the procurement of products and services including sourcing new suppliers, negotiating, and managing current suppliers

• Managing and maintaining contracts with vendors

• Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions

• Ensuring compliance with all related law and regulations

• Analyzing and evaluating suppliers performance

• Ability to work within budget constraints

• Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports

• Developing and maintaining supplier relationships

• Coordinating with other departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative or similar field or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement

• Strong understanding of business processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong math skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong Negotiating

• Strong organizational skills

• Highly developed attention to details

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to work in a team
