Job Summary Leads and manages all aspects of strategic and tactical pricing for assigned divisions. Works closely with Divisional heads and District Managers to develop and execute pricing strategies and tactics. Creates impact in a growing company. Primary Responsibilities Provides analytic feedback and pricing and discounting expertise to field operations management Conducts in-depth analysis on competitive pricing and consumer analytics Diagnoses and communicates pricing model decisions to cross-functional teams Job Specifications Provide analytical support to multi-functional projects across the organization Drive optimal pricing-based decisions for segment of properties in conjunction with broader marketing activities Provide feedback to data science team on effectiveness pricing/discount tactics and tools Education and Experience A Bachelor’s Degree required from a four-year college or university, preferably in Finance, Business, or Marketing. Two to four years' experience in market research, marketing, or data analysis.
