The HRIS Analyst I is responsible to support the enterprise-level administration of Human Resources systems, including but not limited to, configuration changes, security, functional releases, and business process / workflow development. This position will gather business requirements, design, test, document, and train on changes, upgrades, and enhancement of the HCM systems. This position is integral to our People team and works closely with functional managers in Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Talent, and Recruiting. Primary Responsibilities Lead the effort to monitor and resolve internal help desk cases pertaining to HR systems Maintain employee and organizational hierarchy by updating systems as a result of operational reorganizations Audit systems for data quality and integrity Work with internal Learning & Development team to create end-user training on HR systems Prioritize change requests and make system configuration changes as requested by HR functional managers and other departments under the direction of HRIS Analysts and the HR Systems Manager Partner with the People Analytics team to build custom reports and dashboards, and/or provide data as requested by People team and other departments Support evaluation of new functionality made available by SaaS system vendors and provide recommendations to best utilize and enhance user experience, implementing approved functionality Actively participate in vendor online communities to stay informed of system updates and features, and to become a Subject Matter Expert on systems Develop recommendations on structure and system changes to support long-term direction of the People team Job Specifications Work independently and in collaborative settings Work in a fast-paced environment which requires frequent multi-tasking Use cause and effect process thinking and other problem-solving techniques Listen and understand customer requirements, translating them into technical requirements Communicate effectively with solid presentation skills Handle confidential information with a high level of integrity Education and Experience High School diploma or GED Two or more years of managing Human Resources systems preferred Workday Analyst experience preferred We pride ourselves on hiring top talent and provide the following benefits and more: Well defined career paths Great work/life balance and hybrid work schedule Medical, dental, and vision benefits Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending (FSA) Company paid Life, AD&D, and Short- & Long-Term Disability 401K with company match after 90 days of service Holiday pay and paid time off Extensive wellness program and various employee discount programs Personal health advocate On-site fitness center Free soda, coffee, and snacks all day every day and much, much more!
