Lenders Protection™ is a unique auto lending enablement platform utilizing proprietary data and advanced decisioning analytics that provides lenders with a powerful and safe way to increase near and non-prime auto loan volumes that achieve higher yields without adding significant risk to their loan portfolio.

We are looking for a Solution Engineer to provide strong loan origination systems (LOS) and Lenders Protection guidance to customers and prospects – lending subject matter expertise and consulting to help close sales, assist implementation and on-going customer satisfaction of Lenders Protection. Primary point person for the sales and account management organization in setting good expectations around partner system capabilities and limitations and will work closely with leads in IT (development and integrations) to obtain and maintain knowledge of partner systems and how they are used by customers.

Role Responsibilities

Sales & Account Mgmt.

• Collaborate with Sales on sales calls, serving as a subject matter expert on partner loan origination systems (LOS), capabilities and limitations, and best practice configuration with Lenders Protection assisting in closing opportunities.
• Follow-up with prospects to ensure technical questions are addressed to facilitate customer due diligence in the sales cycle.
• Customer point of contact for customer moving to a new LOS and continue using lenders protection.

Implementation

• Consult a customer's implementation project team on best practice configuration to optimize application flow, avoid known issues, leverage workarounds related to the integration between their LOS and Lend Pro.
• Follow-up with customers during implementation to ensure technical questions are addressed to facilitate customer adopting Lender Protection quickly.
• Collaborate with implementation team to onboard customers, collect feedback, and drive bugfixes and enhancements.

Other

• Mentor and support sales, account management and IT team members on third party integration capabilities and limitations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in pre-sales or customer facing Technology roles
• Prior experience and/or working knowledge of loan origination systems within the Credit Union and Bank industry
