Crestwood Rehabilitation Center is looking for high level marketing talent to bring our facility to new levels.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Build new and maintain current relationships with the facility’s referral sources. Assist facility marketing team with developing and executing marketing plan in order to achieve overall census and payer mix goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to build new and maintain current relationships with the facility’s referral sources.
  • Assist facility marketing team with developing and executing marketing plan in order to achieve overall census and payer mix goals.
  • Demonstrated success in external marketing to physicians, discharge planners and other healthcare referral sources preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable of Long-Term care practices and procedures, as well as some familiarity with laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care. A minimum of 3 years of experience in long term care (preferably marketing and/or nursing)
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with hospitals, physicians, patients, family member, visitors, personnel, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
  • Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
  • Must be proficient with data tracking, trending and report writing.
  • Willingness to take a call when needed
