Recruitment Specialist at Express Employment Professionals

Express Employment Professionals has been helping people find work since 2009. We are looking to add a Recruiting Specialist to our team who has the compassion to see others succeed and grit for helping job seekers find employment. This position will take place in our Madison location. 

The main goal of the Recruitment Specialist is to move applicants through the hiring process and match them with the available jobs we have with businesses throughout the community.

Pay: $18-21/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:00pm

• Provide a great experience for job seekers in our office by conducting the initial steps in our interview process over the phone
• Great phone and interpersonal skills
• Ability to type and take detailed notes while having a conversation with an applicant
• Personable, determined, and driven to make a difference
• Multitasking and professionalism are natural habits
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma/GED required; Associates and higher preferred
• Basic computer (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) and customer service experience
