Quality Assurance Manager- $70000, depending on experience - West Chester, PA

Purpose of the Job: To provide leadership and management of the Quality Management system and sustain the quality policy and culture for the entire company worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality team involvement in applicable product planning and manufacturing products.
• Ensure site compliance to applicable quality control processes.
• Direct the activities of QC personnel.
• Advanced knowledge and implementation experience in applicable QMS standards and regulations; specifically, ISO 9001.
• Ability to quantify and assess benefits/risks for process improvements.
• Comply with all company policies and quality system documents.
• Ability to calibrate equipment.
• Provide inspection support.
• Post, coordinate, and lead audits.
• Continually review necessary actions required for QMS Maintenance and ISO 9001 improvements.
• Contribute and oversee achievement of AS 9100.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or Business Management OR Minimum 5- years’ experience quality assurance preferred.
• Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Critical thinking and problem solving, organized, self-starter, and reliable.
• Must be able to efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form; must have legible, neat handwriting.
• Computer skills are a must and will include Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to coworkers, customers and auditors as required

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a full time position, but we would consider the candidate with the appropriate experience who only wants to work 3-4 days per week
