General job description: An apartment maintenance technician must be able to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks competently and safely. Common maintenance and repair tasks can include everything from simple litter removal and weed pulling to HVAC, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and electrical work
Express is currently recruiting for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for an immediate opening with a local apartment complex. This role will work independently on a variety of tasks, but also include regular communication with tenants and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and upgrades to keep the interior and exterior of the apartment community in great condition
- Repair various plumbing and electrical systems
- Paint and drywall repairs
- Communication with apartment tenants about repair needs

- Ability to be on-call for evenings and weekends
