Inside Service Coordinator & Scheduler

Our service and scheduling coordinator position is responsible for scheduling service for our clients as well as some sales-account development within an established geographic territory for a simple valued business service. Our 23 years in the industry has allowed us to lead on the development of techniques in safety, quality and having a very good reputation in the industry.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate service crews on a daily basis to meet the needs of our customers.

• Prospect and develop service & sales with Ready Mix Manufacturers in designated target market(s) by identifying new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers by cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and customer appointments.

• Create and execute regional plans to meet and exceed revenue goals and assist in creating the work force to service our clients.
• Develop and manage customer relationships for assigned accounts in order to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, retain existing revenue and attain additional business.
• Learn and develop further knowledge of new technologies and selling points which includes enhancing expertise in the company's services and experience.
• Become an expert in the competitive environment and be able to communicate regarding competitive offerings while effectively positioning ourselves as the best in the industry.
• Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.

Job Requirements

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:

• Demonstrated experience with solution selling and coordinating services
• Business communications application sales experience
• Proficiency with a variety of CRM software and payroll processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Exemplary presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction and ability to provide assistance to sales force.
• Proficiency in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

• High School or AA Degree or equivalent experience preferably in business administration, marketing or sales field.
• Minimum 3 years field or inside sales and or scheduling experience
• Experience in the Ready Mix/Aggregate Industry is a plus.

• Experience in coordinating jobs and crews for service industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
