Overview

Expleo USA has an exciting opportunity for a Project Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mobile, AL

As our ideal candidate you will be required to meet the following criteria: 

  • Hold a Bachelor degree in Business, Management or equivalent technical degree and experience
  • Five (5 ) years of relevant experience in project management or equivalent
  • Experience in a high technology culture and environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated skills in project tools such as Smartsheets, Zoho Projects or equivalent
  • Team player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved
  • Self-disciplined with proven experience & ability to work in a hybrid work environment/culture (remote and in the office)

As our ideal candidate, you will be required to carry out the following tasks:

  • Manage the requirements and assumptions pack for a large dossier of projects including all contributing data
  • Work with Work Stream leaders to manage data and updates including regular reporting & interdependency
  • Perform data input and analysis for Work Stream Leaders behind ensuring data is gathered and presented in a clear format
  • Manage version controls of R&A updates for portfolio of projects
  • Align and ensure data consistency with the R&A register
  • Coordinate regular reporting and review sessions with key stakeholders on status – summarize actions and MoM
  • Compile and prepare executive summary of data
