Summary: Experlogix, a global leader in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Document Automation Solutions, is looking for an experienced Solution Engineer to contribute to the success of our fast paced, rapidly growing business leveraging the right candidate’s technical & sales skills/experience. You need to be technically savvy with an ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical and technical audience. strong communication skills are a must as you collaborate and partner with our sales team for success.

Responsibilities Include:

· Ability to understand customer needs/unique business challenges and establish Experlogix as the best solution

· Build rapport with sales & IT stakeholders -- inspire confidence in Experlogix and our offerings – become a trusted advisor to Sales and customers

· Advise and help answer customer/Sales technical questions related to Experlogix CPQ, Experlogix Document Automation, CRM/ERP systems, etc.

· Help develop sales strategy for opportunities

· Convey understanding of customer’s business processes & technology in relation to Experlogix

· Create compelling demos that address requirements and demonstrate business value

o Build custom sales demos as needed

o Assist in presentation of demos

· Respond effectively to Sales’ needs and RFP requirements

· Work with CRM/ERP partners during the sales process

· Monitor all demo environments and remediate issues when they arise

· Support/help facilitate sales handoffs

· Valuable skills/experience:

Required Skills: Our Desired Candidate has a Broad Understanding of: CPQ and Document Automation Solutions

· SQL/relational databases/experience with advanced excel tables

· Sales support/engineering

· CRM/ERP administration

· Solid oral, written, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to effectively work as part of a team of varying personalities and degrees of knowledge to solve technical challenges

· Experience with D365 Sales, Business Central, and/or Finance & Operations

· Salesforce, NetSuite, Experlogix CPQ

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a prior pre-sales engineering role/Solutions Consultant
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Cooperative approach and willingness to work both as an individual and a team member
