Job Description
Group's responsibility:
This team's focus is on proprietary data, specifically customer transactions data to support user cases for marketing, risk management to identify customers who have certain types of transactions or activities with the company.
This team is heavily reviewing customer transaction data and customer deposits.
You would be working with the Product Owner who recently joined the team. The Product Owners role is to meet with the Scrum Team who work on the user cases, by leveraging the customer transactions.
The Product Owners tasks is to use customer transactional data to support ongoing user cases. They are also getting something more foundational to have a deeper understanding of the analytics of the customer transaction data. In order to have an holistic understanding of how customers transactions are categorized. As well as, how the counter parties of the transactions are identified.
This position is to assist the Product Owner the analytics of the customer transaction data, specifically for customer data categorization, and counter party categorization. In order to link those back to customer accounts, customer ID, and household ID's in our customer base.
