We have created a dynamic, iterative work environment where research insights have an immediate impact on a product’s user experience, and where research impacts the entire end-to-end journey of a user's interaction with a product and supports identifying new opportunities for the product and business. Assisting UX researchers in designing, conducting and analyzing results from a variety of research studies including usability lab studies, remote research, field studies and survey design Work closely with cross-functional product teams to identify research topics, gather stakeholder requirements, and communicate actionable results Contribute to project planning, department efforts, and development of a strong research team culture Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways, understandable by a cross-functional and cross-cultural audience Who You Are: We know that many potential candidates can be hesitant to apply for a job if they aren't sure that they meet all the criteria shared.
