About the Internship Program: Onboarding: first week support with our Early Careers team, introductions to Expedia Group, laptop set up, meeting your intern cohort Intern Bootcamp: role-specific skills learning to help you get set up for success Social events: regular fun events for all interns to get to know each other during the program Leadership Series: opportunities to directly ask questions and learn about the career journeys of our leaders during exclusive intern-only Q&A events Learning Series: interactive workshops to build professional & soft skills, and to support development, including topics such as personal branding and mental wellness Support: coaching and advice, provided by managers, navigators (buddies) and Early Careers Project work: interns enjoy a great level of responsibility and complete incredible projects specific to their role profile based on our business needs What You’ll do: Our Finance Analyst Interns work on impactful projects which support the overall Expedia Group (EG) Finance vision. This role will span Financial Planning &Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Controllership, and Tax, and more. The work will cover core elements of reporting, analysis and forecasting, as well as compliance and commercial business modelling, across EG divisions. You will have the opportunity to learn from peers across all levels and to collaborate with senior stakeholders to help drive the business forward as well as: Work on exciting value-adding projects for EG Finance Analyse data for trends and insights, to inform better decision-making Partner with our Finance & Analytics teams to develop and share business understanding and build future outlooks Build business cases or investment proposals to help support growth Engage with Commercial, Strategic and Finance leaders across EG Who You Are: We know that many potential candidates can be hesitant to apply for a job if they aren't sure that they meet all the criteria shared.
