We work as a strategic partner to help our clients simplify and streamline business operations, improve corporate finance, manage compliance, create new channels for growth, and better adapt to change.Role and Responsibilities Primary client day-to-day contact & ensure client needs are well understood, defined & met Interacts regularly with clients to understand business requirements, define analytical problems, structure and communicate solutions and ensure client satisfaction with strong business driving results Manages / leads 1-2 engagements / projects with different team structures and service delivery models. Leads project teams of 1-4 consultants or more, and/ or Team Lead and Analysts in all aspects of project execution Solve business problem using data driven solution – understand problem statement, structure solution from both business and technical perspective and present outcome to end users (both technical and non-technical) Obsess to achieve client satisfaction Provide thought leadership and manage Data Science, Engineering and Analytics projects end to end (idea to deployment to action) Manage team - plan work, provide guidance and manage professional development Support analytics, engineering, BI and data science work hands-on from time-to-time Manage engagement with client: Track concerns, opportunities, and provide updates and status back to stakeholders. Work with leadership, operations, sales and others to ensure requests follow the proper evaluation process.
