Job Responsibilities Works with business to define user groups needed to support business operations To troubleshoot performance issues and to promote best practices Able to handle change/incident management requests Schedule and automate processes, work with stakeholders to optimize reporting performance Engages with BI developers, business analysts, client service teams and technical teams to understand needs for projects to provide BI infrastructure, along with providing consulting, expertise and support Adherence to client-side admin processes and checklists to deploy to test, stage/UAT and production environments Follows data governance standards, frameworks, templates, naming conventions and adheres to best platform management practices Minimum Requirements: Expertise in Power BI, Qlik Sense, SQL Server and Cloud Database platform administration including installation, upgrades, patches, provisioning internal, external users and user groups Bachelor’s degree from Tier I/II colleges (Post Graduation – Good to have, not mandatory) 2 k years of experience in data analytics role with expertise in Power BI & Qlik Sense Highly motivated, strong problem solver, self-starter and fast learner with demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills Ability to diagnose problems quickly and independently Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills
