ExlService.com, LLC - New York, NY Title: Senior Software Developer Duties: Responsible for leading detailed design, end-to-end backend software development, unit testing and integration of applications and software design for both client-side and server-side architecture. Develop, deploy, test and maintain technical assets in a highly secure and integrated enterprisecomputing environment. Use agile methodologies (SCRUM) environment and iterative development cycles to develop software. Support functional testing and UI/UX testing. Analyze and translate business requirements to technical design with security and data protection settings. Design metrics forreporting on key performance and quality indicators, particularly in terms of in-depth trend analysis. Provide architecture level application support on complex internally and externally developed applications. Provide timely and expert advice on emerging trends and issues affecting product delivery and support. Develop strategies to allow application and data support to manage resultant problems. Provide input on implementation, backup and roll-back plans Interact with internal teams and external third party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. Use data modeling, data integration, reporting, analytics, reference data, ETL and business intelligence tools, data warehousing and quality concepts, and data governance and security to perform job duties. Requires domestic travel to various unanticipated locations. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related IT field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related information technology experience. Will also accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related information technology experience in lieu of a Master's degree. Within the 3 or 5 years of experience, must have three years of experience in all of the following: developing and supporting applications using Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, T‑SQL Queries, Powershell scripts and Views; stored procedures in a multi‑database environment; and health care domain and applications production release activities.
