If you are a Class A driver who is looking for training or an experienced driver looking for steady freight and pay, you cannot ask for a better job

• Home Time: Drivers are home every week for 34 hour reset
• Pay: The average weekly pay ranges from $1,300 to $1,500.
• Mileage: Drivers will average 2000-2500 miles per week. Experienced drivers and runners will get more
• Pay Structure: Drivers receive starting pay rates of $0.56 to $0.64 per mile, with an additional $40 per stop and $50/Driver assist. 95% is no touch, with most of touch being tailgating
• Routes: Drivers will primarily run in the Midwest and are paid for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Hiring Area: Drivers must live within 500 miles of Gary IN
• Rider and Pet Policy: After completing training drivers can have a rider (12 and older) and a pet (40 lbs or less) from day one. Drivers can have a rider and pet after completing training.
• Trainee Pay: Trainees are paid $650/WK.
• Benefits: Full benefits, including medical, dental, PTRO vision, and more, are provided after 30 days.
• Orientation and Training: Orientation is for 2-3 days (depending on size of the class) with orientation pay is $100/Day. After orientation drivers will be assigned their trainer and will run 200-250 miles for training. After a driver completes training, they are assigned a truck and will start at .56CPM.

Requirements for this position are as follows:

• Valid Class A License: Drivers must possess a valid Class A license.
• Must have a relatively clean driving record with no major moving driving violations such as 15 , reckless driving and can not have DUIs in the last 10 years and only have one in the last 10 years.
• Drug and Alcohol Tests: No failed or refused DOT drug test
