Summary:

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the work of the VP, Marketing Consultant and Executives on projects directed to developing, maintaining and maximizing marketing strategies and campaigns - both internal and external. The primary and administrative responsibilities include helping to plan and implement our marketing, advertising and measurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly, to include RFI/RFP assistance, maintain up to date records/files, coordinate photography/videography, and general organization of the department
• Help with overall data management, such as CRM and lead-gen strategies including e-mail marketing and tracking/analytics to support pre- & post-sale initiatives
• Assist in management and analysis of social media channels, maximize and track channel effectiveness/traffic/awareness/growth, promote employee engagement strategy and tactics, and leverage channels in support of overall digital marketing goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities, including but not limited to social media channels and publications
• Create and maintain reports on marketing and sales metrics, such as lead gen, conversion rates and win/loss ratios
• Assist in coordinating and managing external vendors / agencies and partners to provide direction and implement marketing initiatives and programs.
• Coordinate with internal Design and Content teams to help create advertising material (e.g. media, brochures and newsletters)
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Support Results Division with administrative tasks as needed, such as creating self-assessment slide decks, data collection, preparing reports/charts, survey work
• Assist with organizing company, charitable and promotional events

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of marketing experience or marketing internship
• Knowledge of the latest marketing systems, digital tools, technologies, integrations and techniques
• Experience with website development, SEO, social media, email campaigns, B2B marketing initiatives, mobile app developments and analytics
• Solid computer skills, including MS Excel/Word/PPT, web analytics, marketing automation platforms, WordPress, and survey/email tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• Trade show and/or event experience a plus
