Job Details
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
This is a dual role focused on 1) Internal HumanTouch Chief of Staff functions and 2) Program Engagement, including client-focused program execution, project management and key business development activities. We are looking for a dynamic individual that will juggle these responsibilities with grace and professionalism. This person is a leaders leader and will communicate accordingly with all levels of HumanTouch corporate as well as Agency leaders.
Chief of Staff:
- Acts as a strategic advisor to the HT SVP & senior management team.
- Represents SVP in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develops strategic initiative roadmap and tracks implementation.
- Develops weekly briefing for weekly Executive Team meetings.
- Manages the SVP calendar and prioritizes their time and schedule.
- Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives.
- Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Facilitates process improvement, documentation and communications as needed.
- POC for standards and procedures for hiring and managing the engagement staff.
- Maintains accurate confidential files and data records.
Program Engagement Manager:
- Manages HumanTouch staff and engagement with the prime teaming partner to support client program engagement delivering project tasks and deliverables for an agencys multi-year enterprise IT transformation initiative.
- Facilitates project reporting internally and with client team
- Provides input into IT Resource Management policies, processes, and standard operating procedure improvement efforts and stakeholder engagement and communication needed to affect changes to achieve the desired results.

- IT Resource Management Data and Analytics
- IT CPIC/IT Portfolio Management
- Enterprise License Agreement Rationalization
- IT Application Rationalization
- End User Efficiency Initiatives
- SPPBE Requirement and Portfolio Value, ROI, Risk Tolerance Frameworks and Algorithms Redesign
- Cloud FinOps
- IT Strategic Sourcing
- Data Center Consolidation
- Change Management, Strategic Communications, Training and Policy
- SPPBE Process Redesign and Implementation Plan
- IT Governance Redesign and Implementation (Decision Framework and Structure)
- IT Asset Management Capability Design and Inventory Validation
- EIS Transition Acceleration
- Manages delivery across all aspects of the engagement.
- Work with team to identify and analyze key data sets to ensure data is accurate, useful, and received in a timely manner.
- Work efficiently and effectively with multiple levels of management and staff across the organization to ensure engagement objectives are being met.

REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES:
- U.S. citizenship required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
- Bachelors Degree and relevant work experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees. i.e., PPBE/TBM/PMP
- Strong Program Management and verbal, written and briefing communication skills
- Experience with IT Transformation initiatives within large, decentralized organizations
- Travel may be required.
- Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
- Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
