They are a managed services provider specializing in the design, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft Networks in a fast paced, dynamic environment. SCW IT Services is an agile organization with diverse job roles and responsibilities based on individual technician strengths.

We have three primary service objectives:

• Prevention (proactive monitoring and maintenance)
• Help Desk (reactive technical / break-fix support)
• Professional Services (migrations, installs, and general project work)

Successful candidates will meet these requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience working as a computer/network technician
• Prefer experience working for a Managed Services Provider supporting multiple small/medium sized businesses
• Demonstrated ability to develop excellent relationships with clients
• Associates degree with technical major (Computer Science, IT) preferred
• These certifications are a plus: MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, Network , A
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass an onsite technical skill assessment administered at first interview appointment.
