As General Manager of Executech’s Denver office, you will be responsible for everything related to Executech’s efforts in the greater Denver area. You will lead our team of IT professionals and associated staff as we look to serve our current client base, maintain and develop strong partnerships, and expand our footprint in the area. As the GM of Denver, you will have P&L responsibility and will coordinate efforts with Headquarters to support company-wide and local growth goals. Most importantly, you will be the on-the-ground leader in Denver, which means responsibility over the development of all employees in Denver, developing and maintaining a strong culture that aligns with Executech’s mission, vision, and values, and being the face of Executech in the region. You should operate like a CEO with the benefit of a bigger company behind you.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure successful delivery of services while meeting defined customer expectations
• Support sales, marketing, and budgeting, for the region.
• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, annual growth goals for the office, for teams, and for individuals
• Coordinate with the corporate department heads of Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Technical Operations to support execution of Executech’s growth efforts
• Grow and maintain relationships with client POCs. Make sure the client is confident they have access to the GM for escalation of tech issues, concerns or kudos of staff, etc.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and partners
• Monitor day to day operations to optimize delivery and profitability
• Work with HQ to guide division culture, implement initiatives, pass down HQ direction, etc.
• Foster the company culture by building and maintaining relationships with the team.
• Oversee facilities and point of contact with building management
• Maintain an active and positive presence in the business community

Skills/Minimum Requirements

• Experience managing employees
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Prior experience in business management, financial reporting, budgeting, and goal-setting
• Prior experience in Client Success / Customer Service
• Prior experience in technology / IT
• College degree or equal job experience

Salary range - $100,000-160,000 total compensation (base plus variable).
