Responsibilities

Our Billing Specialist performs a variety of accounting tasks. Your task will include:

· Invoicing of clients

· Running and billing of all monthly subscription reports

· Cross checking all invoices in accounting software

· Communicate with clients on invoicing questions

· Examine tax policies and apply applicable policy to products and services

· Prepare month-end and year-end closures

· Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

· Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must

· Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills, including the use of VLOOKUP and Pivot tables is a must

· Dealing with Complexity

· Reporting Research Results

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Accounting (duh)

· Attention to Detail

· Confidentiality

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Analytical mindset

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· A passion to learn and grow

· Appreciation of puns

· Nunchuck skills

Qualifications

· Bachelors or Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred

· At least 3 years of related experience required
