As an Administrative Assistant, you are to:

• Organize Weekly Covid Clinic
• Handle confidential data relating to the Nursing Department and for nursing personnel 
• Maintain accurate files and systems in the Nursing Department Office
• Prepare payroll for the Nursing Department in the absence of the Staffing Coordinator
• Assist HR Department in gathering required new hire paperwork for the Nursing Department 
• Assist HR Department with Filling/gathering required paperwork for Nursing Staff Members 
• Prepare Orientation packet for New Hires 
• Greet and accommodate relatives, visitors, employees, and patients who wish to confer with DNS
