Excel Fitness Management LLC is Hiring a Facilities Specialist Near Excel Fitness Corporate HQ | Austin, TX

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement systems and procedures to guide work, track progress and manage Equipment Repair, Building Repair, Small Tools/Supplies and Contracted Services. Assist in the creation of troubleshooting guides. Resolve submitted tickets and work orders, set priorities and timelines, and ensures each work order has adequate work details, parts, and resources to correctly close-out facility tickets/work orders in a timely manner. Ensure location needs are being met and work orders are completed in a satisfactory manner, and all internal and external standards are followed. Coordinates work orders and maintains relationships with internal and external customers across company footprint. Assist in the creation of troubleshooting guides. Accountable for upkeep and training of facilities CMMS (computerized maintenance management system). Work in conjunction with Business Partners to ensure vendor relationships are centralized and contracts are put through the proper procurement process. Create and manage required reports on repair and maintenance spend to assess and decipher data including reports on work orders to the appropriate internal and external customers as designated by leadership. Facilities support duties include but are not limited to answering telephones, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring we are reporting on the performance. Collects and processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding. Coordinates and assist with work orders when requested with Real Estate and Construction for new builds and remodel projects. Work with Facilities Manager (FM) to source new vendor relationships up to and including the onboarding and offboarding processes. Collects proposals for review, coordinates shipping/receiving, managing/assisting utility accounts, and assists in closing projects for existing locations. Ensure the proper procurement and contract processes are being followed to ensure vendor relationships are centralized within facilities maintenance system. Ensure that all preventative maintenance processes and procedures are followed and maintained by key team players. Responsible for ensuring repairs and contracted services are coordinated and conducted in a timely and effective manner. Performs other duties as assigned
