EwingCole is a nationally recognized architecture, engineering, interior design and planning firm with offices across the country. Our multi-disciplinary practice is built on the core values of professional excellence, design quality and collaboration. We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our Berwyn office.

As part of the Process Engineering Team, you are responsible for the design and documentation of major projects. As an Engineer you are responsible for specific design and documentation tasks assigned by the Project Engineer.

Essential Functions

• Perform design calculations.
• Work with Project Engineers on projects on specific assigned tasks.
• Create CAD documentation.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to meet the project goals and objectives.
• Has limited contact with Client and Contractors.
• Work with Project Engineers to develop P&IDs, PFDs, and BFDs.
• Develops Hydraulic Models.
• Develops equipment and instrumentation data sheets with minor supervision.
• Develops piping drawings.
• Provides construction support by responding to RFIs and reviews submittals.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Successfully Completed EIT (Engineer-in-Training) Examination
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of Engineering calculations
• Technical knowledge and application
• Demonstrated Hydraulic Analysis
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit
• Microsoft Office Suite
