We are looking for a junior Interior Designer I to join our New York Healthcare studio.
EwingCole’s NY office is home to a successful and rapidly growing interdisciplinary team of architects, designers and researchers specialized in innovative healthcare design. We are searching for a multi-talented, passionate professional to join us in creating uniquely tailored healing environments for a wide array of clients.
The Interior Designer I position entails supporting the interior design effort on projects. The designer is responsible for assisting and supporting the lead interior designer with the development of the project’s interior design concepts. This includes research regarding the selection and detailing of finish materials and furnishings. This position coordinates its work with other disciplines in the production of drawings and construction documents which fulfill the design concept, meet the client's expectations and the firm's goals of design excellence, financial viability and quality service. The Interior Design I position receives technical, budgetary, managerial and design guidance on critical issues, new concepts and policy requirements.
