We are seeking skilled and reliable Tent Erectors and General Laborers with some Mechanical knowledge.The primary responsibility of this role is to set up and dismantle various types of tents, including structured tents, for events, construction sites, and other purposes. The ideal candidate will have experience in tent erection and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Assemble and dismantle tents, including structured tents, according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Ensure all components are properly secured and tents are stable and safe for use.
- Load and unload tent materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Inspect tents for damage and perform necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely setup and takedown.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during the erection and dismantling process.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to meet their requirements and expectations.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in tent erection or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
**Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50lbs pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
