Ewald Consulting is seeking a Member Services Specialist who has a passion for creating an excellent customer service experience by serving as a first point of contact for our client associations and other who do business with our client associations and our company. This position will be responsible for communicating with clients frequently by phone and email, organizing and managing multiple tasks and maintaining detailed data and information. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer phones per schedule established by department manager
• Contribute to the accurate and timely processing of email communications
• Perform data entry projects as directed by department manager
• Support department initiatives
• Support special projects as directed by Director of Member Services

• Ability to use computer programs including Access, Word and Excel and databases specific to Member Services (current website-database system is YourMembership)

Education and Work Experience

Experience with the following:

• PC and Microsoft Office Suite
• Data entry 
• Multiple-line phone system
• Copier, printers, fax
• Mail machine
