Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Business Analyst, with strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and translate business requirements into designs and technical requirements
• Comfortable interacting with various cross functional teams to define and document business processes and requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong business discernment and an ability to communicate analysis in a clear and compelling manner
• Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM tool
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, high energy and fun work environment and deliver value incrementally and frequently
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
• Project coordination and project management experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partner and technical teams
• Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to research solutions to issues as they arise
• Capable of managing stakeholder expectations professionally
• Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance
• Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

Responsibilities

• Analysis, report writing, and presenting findings to the stakeholders
• Lead sessions with key business leaders and stakeholders to deeply understand what business problems we are trying to solve, key questions to be answered, and how the solution developed will fit into the business process to be supported
• Host interactive sessions using best practices to effectively solve business problems by providing sample approaches as discussion points
• Perform workflow analysis and document process based on business development decisions
• Provide process and/or alternative solutions and makes recommendations based on cost/benefit and operational impact criteria
• Manage project plans in adherence to schedule to complete projects on time as well as identify/communicate project risks to the project team and business leaders
