Evolve is Hiring a Remote Demand Generation Manager

Why this role

Evolve is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone and we’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help accelerate our growth. 

As Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for the development, execution and optimization of full funnel media strategies designed to fuel Evolve’s growth engine. You will manage performance across all media channels (both traditional and digital) while partnering with internal marketing, creative and data teams to consistently iterate and improve our growth strategy through media strategy, creative ad optimizations and data innovation. The ideal candidate has a high level of organization and attention to detail, proven ability to strategically leverage data and consumer insights and a strong track record managing external media agencies to drive growth for either a B2B or DTC business (experience with both is a plus). 

What you’ll do

  • Manage the development, execution and optimization of full funnel media strategies across multiple channels to build the Evolve brand, consideration and response.
  • Support strategic planning across all paid media channels by helping to identify market/audience/competitor insights, craft national and market-level media mix, develop testing plans and define the role of offline media channels across the entire customer journey.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external agencies and vendors who are executing against paid media strategies. Responsible for holding agencies accountable to meet goals, providing the necessary context to set them up for success, reviewing recommendations, providing feedback and more.
  • Participate in the build of quarterly / monthly marketing roadmaps designed to meet annual business goals and present to team leadership for review and approval.
  • With guidance from team leadership, develop recommendations for channel-level budgets needed to support monthly goals. Responsible for delivering on forecast across all channels as well as at the channel level ensuring goals are met each month. 
  • Write project briefs and partner with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure offline creative is best-in-class, performs from both a brand and response perspective and messaging is consistent throughout the marketing funnel. Receives support from team leadership to review deliverables and ensure they align to broader audience goals. 
  • Compile, analyze and evaluate media performance on a regular basis at the channel, audience and creative levels; identifying actionable opportunities to test, learn, optimize and scale to drive continuous growth and improvement across multiple KPIs through the funnel. Key metrics may include: Brand Awareness and Consideration to Site Traffic, Bookings, Leads, Revenue, Cost Per Booking, Cost per Lead, Cost per MQL and ROAS. 
  • Succinctly communicate channel, audience and creative insights out to internal teams ensuring media and creative ad strategies are continuously refined and iterated upon. 
  • Continued evaluation of media trends and landscape as well as competitive activity to identify (channels, approaches, audiences, messaging, etc.), scope and build support cases for opportunities to improve efficiency and build scale. 
  • Partner with marketing operations and external agencies to ensure the proper tracking methods and reporting dashboards are set up to measure performance of offline media channels and their impact on key metrics throughout the funnel. 
  • Establishes and sustains collaborative relationships with various internal teams as well as external vendors and contacts to ensure cross-functional alignment needed to drive quality results and the strategic goals of the business. 

What makes you a great fit 

  • 5 years media experience either for a brand or at an agency; experience with both B2C and B2B brands is a plus
  • Experience planning, measuring and optimizing digital (search, social, programmatic), emerging (OTT/CTV, Podcast) and traditional (TV, Radio, OOH, Print, Direct Mail, Referral) media channels. 
  • Experience working with multiple media agencies ensuring an omnichannel view of full-funnel media strategy a plus
  • You have a holistic view of the marketing funnel, understand the role of each channel and how each channel can be leveraged to reach goals
  • Proven experience leveraging data and consumer insights to better inform all aspects of campaign planning and recommendations to drive brand awareness and key performance metrics
  • Excellent knowledge of the U.S. media landscape and relevant vendors, including a strong professional network amongst U.S. media agencies
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce
  • Have a growth mindset, are driven to take ownership and approach your work with an eye on the wins that move the business forward
  • Ability to build and sustain highly collaborative relationships with internal creative and marketing teams as well as external partners
  • Exceptionally organized with strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a high regard for attention to detail
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Tech, Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus

Location 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania. 

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $84,000-$96,000, depending on relevant experience.
