DUTIES:

• Employee performs various non-professional patient/resident care duties in the skilled nursing department. Maintains and operates hospital and nursing equipment: provides bedside care and assists in the treatment of patients. May be assigned to other nursing departments as needed.

• Employees in this position work alone on routine or regular work assignments, checking with charge nurse or Nurse Manager regarding non-routine assignments or when in doubt as to correct procedures to be followed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current CNA State Certification
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• CPR Certification
• Home health
• Proficiency in English
• Nursing and health care administration skills
• Caring and compassionate personality

Pay Rate

$20 to $30/hour benefits
