Job Summary:
The Project Program Manager and directs the work of project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels.
• Analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, developing procedures, developing functional architectures, and other related duties.
• Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, communications, and outside vendors.
• Develops standards, processes and tools used for effective project scheduling.
• Sets and manages quality targets.
• Addresses internal or vendor issues that may impede project delivery and develops solutions.
• Tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track.
• Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting.
• Manages project management staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• Ensures project, department milestones, and goals are met, adhering to approved budget.

Education and Experience:

• 5-7 years of Project Manager experience with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artifacts and tools.
• Possesses a solid understanding of the Financial services industry.
• Has been involved with system implementations and/or system migrations.
• Experience with Jack Henry & Associates SilverLake preferred.
