Position Summary:

We are looking for an organized and motivated warehouse lead to join our team in this role. The warehouse lead will oversee the daily workload and logistic schedule for inbound and outbound task orders. This role will also conduct weekly inventory counts to ensure accuracy by identifying any missing, lost, or damaged chargers and equipment. Will handle all equipment and products with appropriate care and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload inventory from trailers and trucks for shipping and receiving.
• Update documents to NetSuite of deliveries and receiving in a timely fashion.
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
• Organize and maintain warehouse premises.
• Designate and organize the warehouse stock by product line and by space alignment, allowing sufficient space for overflow.
• Perform periodic facilities maintenance and/or custodial / housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning parking lot, loading dock, and area surrounding building, keeping floors clear of debris, maintaining bathrooms, and assisting in daily closing down of warehouse.
• Compile and submit regular reports of expired or damaged products.
• Prioritize and pick materials to fill orders and stage products for loading.
• Assist in verifying all incoming and outgoing products for accuracy in terms of amount, size, and type, informing management of inventory and supply shortages as well as assisting in actual periodic inventory counts.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) in a safe manner and maintain an operator license, if required.
• Assist in administrative tasks, such as the handling and preparation of paperwork. May assist in the daily closing of the warehouse.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Class “C” driver’s license.
• Experience: Prior work experience sufficient to work under general supervision.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Company, in its discretion, may find appropriate and acceptable.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse experience.
• Able to work independently.
• Great attention to detail and monitors quality/quantity of inventory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift and Reach Truck experience.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk, hear, taste and/or smell; the employee must occasionally lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Handling of equipment of approximately 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
