EVgo is Hiring a Senior Data Analyst Near Los Angeles, CA
- Analyze and interpret complex spatial and non-spatial data to create informative maps, visualizations, and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Work in conjunction with the internal EVgo construction and policy teams, to locate and prioritize areas of opportunities based on various economic and geographical variables.
- Develop and maintain GIS databases, datasets, and tools to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of spatial and non-spatial data.
- Maintain the EVgo proprietary GIS front end applications which provide direction and guidance to the overall organization.
- Ability to interact with Salesforce and/or SiteTracker instances to develop integration within ArcGIS and Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement GIS solutions that meet business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest GIS trends, techniques, and technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve the quality and efficiency of GIS workflows.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in GIS, Geography, Planning, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in GIS and spatial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in GIS software, including ArcPy, ArcGIS, QGIS, and/or Open Source GIS.
- Expertise in spatial analysis, data visualization, and database management.
- Experience in Salesforce and/or Site Tracker Administration a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
