Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the direct oversight, planning, implementation and evaluation of assigned clients enrolled in EPC.
  • Provide BCBA supervision to assigned clients as authorized by funding source.
  • Make modifications as necessary to ensure the client's learning/behavioral needs are being met.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Complete authorization reports and submit them to the Clinical Director for review.

Qualifications:

  • Master's (Required)
  • BCBA (Required)
  • US work authorization (Required)

Individual must be in good standing with the BACB, possess strong communication, excellent leadership abilities and be well versed in behavioral skills training.
