THE ROLE: HR COORDINATOR
We are looking for a human resources coordinator to join our Team at Every Man Jack. In this new position, you will help organize, coordinate and carry out all human resource department projects and processes for the company. You will work directly with and assist the human resources director to fulfill a variety of necessary HR tasks. This includes all hiring, terminations, benefits administration, training and company education procedures for new or existing employees.
You must track and maintain all employee data (contact information, earning rates, absences, promotions, etc.) using BambooHR as our HRIS, G-Suite, 15Five for Performance, so strong computer and clerical skills are a must.
You will also help maintain positive employee relations and work to ensure worker satisfaction through education of HR policies and by fostering a positive work environment. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented and most importantly, personable and approachable.

THE CANDIDATECandidates must be highly motivated and have exceptional written and verbal communication, sound judgment, recognized problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of excelling in a self-directed work environment. This candidate will be responsible for helping our employees with the resources they needs to be informed and effective. The ideal candidate will be an intelligent team player – someone approachable with a positive, innovative, and professional attitude who works smarter, not harder and takes on a “sleeves-rolled-up” and a “can-do” attitude when faced with challenges. A true ambassador for EMJ, both internally and externally.
