We are hiring a Director of Operations to be responsible for overseeing and guiding the operational excellence of Evernow, Inc, working in conjunction with the Medical Groups. This position will report to the CEO.

Core Responsibilities will include: 

• Reporting on and driving performance against key operational metrics, such as churn, shipping metrics, customer support 
• Coordinating with key marketing stakeholders on any outward facing communication such as customer support or billing correspondence
• Working with HR and Finance on employee management, career development and wage bands within department, including coordinating with Medical Groups on such items
• Supply chain, pricing/contract negotiations and vendor SLA management 
• Capacity planning and monitoring for support teams including providers by state, customer support staffing and more
• State expansion strategy, providing guidance on telehealth regulations (IE: MD vs. NP , sync vs. asynchronous regulations, etc.) 
• Working with product and engineering teams to correct or improve functionality within EHR system 
• Owning and directing regulatory compliance including between MSO and PC entities 
• Creative problem solving with key stakeholders on medical and operational issues driving key metrics 

Experience:

• Management Consulting, Strategy, Product, General Manager, or Business Operations experience strongly preferred (7 years).
• Telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to take on an evolving suite of responsibilities.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at every level (C Suite, Cross Functional Partners, Clinicians and External Partners).
• Passion and ability to structure and solve ambiguous and multifaceted problems.
• Comfortable in a lightning fast work environment with a bias toward action.
• Strong project management and process skills.
