Evergreen Subaru is seeking a highly organized professional with great attention to detail to join our Accounting Department. 

Primary Duties

• Managing receivables on behalf of the Organization.
• Processing funds received from the Organization's various business partners. 
• Completing assigned reconciliations.

Shared Duties

• Stocking in new and used vehicle inventory.
• Processing vehicle sale paperwork including submitting the necessary documents to the finance companies and to the State.
• Submitting service warranty information to the manufacturer.
• Answering incoming calls to the Organization.
• Scheduling service appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior accounting work experience and/or training preferred.
• Previous customer service experience also preferred.
• Saturday availability is expected. (5-day work schedule; day off during the week is flexible)
