Resort Manager has complete leadership, oversight and management of all aspects of the resort operations including but not limited to property maintenance, administration, financials, janitorial and other areas as applicable.
Job Responsibilities:
Create a positive work culture that provides the best experience for guests and staff.
Develop and industry leading management team, successfully recruit, hire, coach and motivate the team.
Responsible for business performance including expense management revenue generation.
Insist on regular & healthy communication throughout the Resort. Participate in formal meetings and communication with Resort owners and colleagues.
Adapt with the business changes and environmental setting.
Ensure compliance with all internal, local, state and federal rules and laws.
Oversight of workman's compensation and property loss in all resort operations and to make adjustments and improve performance and service.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
