EverCharge is a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging devices and management systems and provides hardware and software EV charging solutions for fleets, multi-unit, and single-family homes. Our Senior Business Systems Administrator

Designs, implements, and manages business operational processes with an emphasis on internal systems. In this role, you will perform technical project management to deploy new processes and streamline data retrieval and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities: 

• Owns All internal user controls within the NetSuite ERP System 
• Manages all inbound and outbound flow of information from both internal and external software 
• Facilitates meetings to ensure proper project scope and resource allocation to meet business objectives
• Serves as “go-to” person for time-sensitive metric requests from the executive management team.
• Perform technical project management 
• Serves as a critical trainer of business operation processes management initiatives, processes, policies, and practices.
• Liaise between engineering and other teams about process developments
• Ensures all tasks are executed in accordance with company policy; makes changes to the policy when necessary; communicates policy changes to all relevant constituents.

Qualifications: 

• 5 years of experience planning, implementing, and managing operational changes.
• Understanding of fundamental system integration concepts and design theory with experience managing production integrations between an ERP and 3rd party systems.
•  Working knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlows, Web Services/SuiteTalk, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics and scheduling scripts.
• Has a thorough understanding of business processes.
• Exceptional time management skills; responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Highly organized; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and build positive relationships.
• Solution-focused and ability to apply reasonable logic to troubleshoot and resolve issues or make recommendations to appropriate personnel regarding PM-related processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail (e.g., project costs, timelines, appropriate permit documentation, etc.).
• Excellent communicator, both written and spoken; skilled in managing customer and team member expectations; setting clear expectations with customers, 
• Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a busy, ever-changing, and growing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business management/administration or related program

Job Title and Compensation:

• The base salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $175,000, based on full-time employment. 
• Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
