Duties - Sales Manager:
- Maximize sales and profitability of the sales department!
- Back up Finance
- Collect and analyze metrics and maintain reports
- Have a thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
- Develop an effective team through training and performance standards
- Create and maintain a process-driven work environment
- Answer customer questions promptly with accuracy and integrity
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to exceed them
- Utilize available pricing parameters and strategies to generate profit
- Track inbound and outbound contact volume, monitor productivity
- Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail motorcycle sales
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager:
- At least one year of Sales, Floor, Internet, or F&I manager experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Current, valid motorcycle license

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
