Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Associate:
- Highly motivated, with a proven track record in the motorcycle or auto industry
- Don't have your motorcycle endorsement? No worries, we will pay for you to take our award-winning Riding Academy right here at the dealership.
- Sales Experience HIGHLY preferred!
- Great work ethic and career commitment
- Be self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule: including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Quality guest relations, both in person and over the phone.
- Be able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling.
- Basic skills and knowledge of social media use.
- A resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
