Our client is a leading provider of handcrafted smoked meats in North America, with a culture centered around teamwork and career growth, and they want you to join their team as a Sanitation Supervisor!
Your day-to-day as a Sanitation Supervisor:
- Coordinate and track cleaning routines
- Manage the master sanitation schedule
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Sanitize, assemble and set up production equipment
- Ensure compliance to sanitation metrics and targeted goals
Your skills & experience:
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience and/or similar role is preferred
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Team leader- your positive attitude and quick thinking get the job done
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
